- Delete no evidence of independent notability and the award doesn't seem to be well-known as required by WP:BIO. The article was previously created under Mandar Jamsandekar by a different user which Rosguill moved to draftspace. The single-purpose author almost certainly has a Conflict of interest, which should be declared. GSS (talk|c|em) 12:14, 26 December 2018 (UTC)
